Ivelolharele Retirement Sanctuary, Inc.

Autumn News

Our summer has come and gone, and we're already missing the warm temps!  We've been quite busy here at Ivelolharele Retirement Sanctuary, Inc., new arrivals, new turnouts, baling hay and the list goes on.  We have three new arrivals to our Sanctuary, so please make sure you check out the Resident's page for the updates!  We have one more retirement coming this month, so we are now full.  If you have a horse in needs of retirement in the future, please feel free to contact us so that we may put you on a waiting list.

With the cold months coming quickly, we are in need of a few turnout blankets, sizes from 68-78, bucket heaters, and legging wraps.  If you have anything that your would like to donate, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to make arrangements for you to stop by, and we'll introduce you to all our residents.

We have a few new volunteers starting with us....we would like to welcome Kelsey from Brillion High School, Camilla from Chilton Middle School, Kate from Appleton and Michelle from Appleton.  We couldn't do it without your help!  THANK YOU!!!!

We are still working on some fundraisers, and have teamed up with Jim and Cindy from H.O.R.S.E Organization, be sure to check out their site, the link is on our home page.  Cindy and Jim run a rescue, and also do Chiropratic and Massage Therapy.  They too need your help, they are in need of hay, de-wormers, vaccinations, and any supplies that you may have that just don't need anymore....

The holidays are fast approaching...please remember those that do not have the finances to provide a holiday for their family, and support your local pantries.....also remember the animals at the shelters that do not have a home, they too will be celebrating the holidays.  The shelters are in need of dog food, cat food, litter, pet supplies and their list goes on as well.  Let's all try to make this Holiday season a little more special for anyone in need :)

Happy Harvest everyone!

H.O.R.S.E Organization

Jim and Cindy of H.O.R.S.E Organization need your help also!  Please view their website at www.wisconsinhorserescue.com.  Jim and Cindy are angels on earth!  They are wonderful people who have opened their doors and hearts to horses that need love and care.  Please be sure to check out their site, and remember them also!  Jim and Cindy, keep up the good work!
